					<description>Nice summary, Paul!

I would just add that plenty of people with ADHD are not socially outgoing or energetic. And, it seems the longer they go without a diagnosis, the less outgoing or energetic they become.

LIving with undetected ADHD can wear a person down over the years. Perhaps that's why so many are misdiagnosed with depression or anxiety. Many also suffer from ADHD-related sleep disorders (delayed sleep phase, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, etc.), so often that is identified rather than the ADHD.

With the end of the rather false economy we've had for the last couple of decades, many people with ADHD will be hardest hit with unemployment or underemployment and financial distress. It's so important, if you have ADHD, to know about it and to embark solid strategies.

Thanks for acknowledging this important issue.
